Group classes offer a welcoming, grounded space to share practice with others — rooted in the Ashtanga method but always adapted for real bodies and real lives. These classes are open to all levels and always include variations, guidance, and encouragement to honour where you are. Whether you’re a long-time practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you’re welcome.
